Our Story
Ultraspec Carpentry Group was formed in 2010 by Managing Director, Jordan Eastern.
Since our inception, we have grown in both company size and the number our of carpenters on our teams and as a result gained significant interest and traction across the UK.
The dedicated and professional culture at Ultraspec Carpentry Group, is a direct result of Jordans commitment to service and quality.
We have a strong focus on collaboration, communication, transparency, accountability and Teamwork, which enables the smooth running of all our client’s carpentry projects we take on.
With our 3 skilled teams , located and split across 3 offices (Bradford, Birmingham and London), as well as having strong partnerships with local building experts and suppliers, we bring together the knowledge and resources needed to manage all aspects of construction, not just the carpentry packages.
Our own, Carpentry expertise enables us to deliver projects on time and within budget, without compromising
on quality.
We are driven by a commitment to exceed our clients’ expectations.
To achieve this, we work closely with our employees, apprentices, subcontractors, and suppliers who share our values and dedication to excellence and quality.

About Us
Ultraspec Carpentry Group are a group of 3, highly dedicated teams of 20 carpenters who are committed to delivering the highest standards of workmanship on all the projects that we work on.
From our Head Quarters in Birmingham, and our satellite offices in Bradford, and London, we can cover large parts of the UK as required.
Our Northern Teams from our Bradford office cover:
Glasgow and Edinburgh, down to Sheffield, and Liverpool to Scarborough.
Our Birmingham teams from our HQ cover:
Telford to Nottingham and Nottingham to Oxford
And our London teams cover:
Central London and surrounding as well as the Southeast.
So a WIDE area covered.
We have high standards when it comes to communication and customer service, while keeping our prices competitive within the industry.
Ultraspec Carpentry Group is made of 4 specialist sides, and the teams can crisscross between them depending on skillsets needed.
Under our residential side, we cover:
New Build Housing Brick and block homes ( with 1st, 2nd fix to NHBC standards),Social Housing Contracts, and private customers homes
(including bespoke projects such as Decking, and TV Media walls as well as home extensions (with all foundation works)
Under our commercial team, we cover:
University maintenance contracts, School and Hospital Maintenance works, retail fit out works (your Costa’s, Zizzi’s, Next Home etc) as well as warehouse and office fit out and renovation work’s.
Under our Timber Frame team we cover:
Timber frame Kit Set new builds, Structurally Insulated Panel (SIPS) builds, Timber Frame Garden rooms, bespoke timber frame homes (American/Australian stick built or SIPS build).
Under our Fire Door Team we cover:
The installation and maintenance of all commercial fire doors.
All our contractors are BM TRADA registered and can do sign offs to code.
We work with our commercial teams, on retail, University and hospital works as well as office fit-outs, and can cater for our clients needs.
So as you can see, we have a raft of carpentry skills, with each of our carpentry teams coming from a range of areas of the Carpentry and Joinery industry, so depending on your type of job, we have a team to suit your needs.
