Right to work Regulations

You or your company/client, agrees that both parties, (here mentioned) are aware that, compliance with the right to work checks for employees and subcontractors is a legal requirement.

As such we reserve the right to conduct such checks (if required), from UK Immigration, with regard to, employees and subcontractors, to make sure they hold valid visas, valid contracts (if given) with the employer/contractor/client, and that the positions or works offered, are in a skill shortage area of the UK. As identified by UK Immigration officers.

Written evidence must be produced by the main employer or client as to why, a local tradesman/worker/sub contractor can not be recruited to do the works offered/needed, and as such they feel the need to recruit from abroad.

Supporting documents must also be produced to verify the lack of local labour in the job area of th UK. Hence having to recruit from abroad, to fill the skill shortage needs.
